Minature build !!!!!!!



so I've been working on it on and off for a couple of months.

there is a story behind why I'm making it but I'll keep that for later.





so the aparment is like half of a small house with a little upstairs under the roof

it's like 10m or something like it. A normal person would probably start from the first floor but I spent most of the whinter time upstairs cuz It was like 13 degrees downstairs.

I've been working in 1m : 10cm scale for it so it's on a larger size i've worked in. I used to build mini things for LPS my whole childhood.



So i've gotten 3/4 walls done and the floor with a hole downstairs. the walls are wooden pleats so I cut 1mm sections into cereal box (paperboard?) for the walls and scored a layer out of it

that is mostly why there is 3/4 walls done and I have to do the same thing for the inside roof cealing part

then there is also a chimney going through the floor and cealing . It is what started this project.

It was a simple question if I could recreate one brick of it in this scale and then figure out how many bricks it would take .... i didn't plan to make them all just curious about it. Anwser was yes I can make a brick but also I fucked up the scale by 2mm. what I realised to late after having done la few rows of the brick work .... But this isn't the story behind it , for the story you gotta know a few things about me , that for know I'll keep a mistery muhahahaah



I also started working on the furniture. I have a guest bed type of sitsuation that has bits of the frame done. I first tried making it with a 3d pen but it didn't hold the soft madrats well without bending .So then i started working with bamboo sticvks. First I was hoping to bend them into shape but after a lot of trial I couldn't make them not snap at me. I do hypothise using like toothpicks they would bend but I haven't tried that yet cuz they would look to small for scale.



my scale might in the end be a little off everywhere but I haven't lost hope of this still looking cool :)



I made some little lamps without lights for now,,,, maybe I'll ad lighting but idk would be cool



and there is also this rug upstairs I loveingly refew to as my lesbian rug. It's made out of fabric scraps and I don't know the proper way to call it. you can create the look with crossstich fabric and embroidery thead



then I have a small shelf built with cardboard q'tips and a lot of silicone glue and black paint

it turned out super cute but not as accurate as i wish... I want all the details and I'd go nuts making them.
